If you have trouble understanding parts of the Terms of Service, please get in touch before you start using and shopping at www.hinnerskov.com.


These terms of service apply when you use and order or buy products from my website. The Terms of Service may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model or relevant laws and regulations), and I therefore ask you to accept the Terms of Service every time you place an order with me. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of this website. Any reference to "I", "me" or "my" means Studio Alexander Hinnerskov and “my website” refers to www.hinnerskov.com. 


If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you cannot order or purchase products on my website.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the date on which you have received your order.

All material accessible on my website is protected by copyright. You may view website pages on screen and may print or download extracts of them for your own personal use. You may not make any other use of any material on the site. No part of my website may be reproduced, transmitted to, or stored on any other website in any other form of electronic medium without our express written consent.


On my website all trademarks, product names, company names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. No permission is given either directly or implied, in respect of the use of any such brand names, photographs, product names or titles or copyrights which belong to me or other third parties, and such use may constitute an infringement of the owners' rights.

Design rights

After a purchase, I am still the owner of all intellectual property rights, particularly design rights and copyrights, concerning my products.


3. Updating my Website

I do my best to update my website and to ensure that prices, descriptions and other information concerning my products are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, descriptions and other information concerning the products may occur.


4. Force Majeure

I am not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to these Terms of Service, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond my control.


5. Privacy Policy

I treat your personal data confidentially. Please read my Privacy Policy that explains how I use the personal data that you provide in connection with the ordering procedure, and your use of my website in general.


6. Ordering

When ordering you must read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you wish to place a larger order, please contact me for a quote.

An order placed on a Danish public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which confirms the order and contains order details. This email does not constitute the acceptance of the offer.

I accept the offer once payment has been processed and funds have been received in full. The contract has not been concluded before I have accepted the offer.

I can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address. Please note that I do not deliver to PO boxes.

Among other things, I reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

  • Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified

  • Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activities

  • There is an inadvertent error on this website, such as a payment error or the like

Contracts can only be concluded on this website, by email, or by phone (please see above contact details). I do not process orders made in letters or faxes.

I will aim to send the product within 3 weeks of the order confirmation; I reserve the right to amend the delivery time as necessary.

Should the order be cancelled for whatever reason, after 48 hours of the placement of an order, I will not be liable to refund any direct or indirect costs caused by an order, including purchase price, delivery costs and taxes. 

Requests to amend the order are only possible within 48 hours of order placement. Any amendments thereafter will result in the order being cancelled, you will be charged 100% of the total order value.


7. Payment

I only accept the following means of payment:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

  • PayPal


All transfers conducted through my website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is encrypted. Please read the terms for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


8. Delivery

Deliveries are made with PostNord and GLS.

The following flat rates apply;  

  • Delivery in Denmark; 75DKK

  • International delivery; 120DKK

  • Please note; these rates may be subject to change


Estimated delivery times are;

  • 1-6 days within the EU

  • 6-10 days outside the EU

  • Please note; delivery times may vary, and I cannot be held responsible for changes. Further details will be provided once your order has been placed.


I will not be held responsible for any delay or other causes which are beyond my reasonable control such as lost packages by my carrier.

I take every care to protect your products during transit. However, should any damage have occurred in transit before you receive the products, please contact me to arrange a replacement of the damaged pieces.

If the package cannot be delivered or is not picked up and any kind off fee is added, you are responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.

Please note, that in case of delivery outside EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. I am not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries than Denmark. If you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or ripped open, you should refuse to receive the products.

Order Tracking

When you place an order on my website, you will receive a tracking number and link in a separate email to track your order via my courier’s websites.


9. Returns

I would like to encourage you to shop responsibly. I do not hold stock of my products which means that all items are made to order. My returns policy gives you the right to return any item up until 14 days after you have received your order. If you, for any reason, wish to return your order, please return all items, packaging and printed sales material in the same state as you received it. Shipping cost of your return are at your own expense.

I reserve the right to reject any item if it is damaged or in any way cannot be resold.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions;

  • Products must be returned within 14 days

  • Products must have all original packaging and printed sales material included

  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

  • Please enclose your order confirmation and intention for returning your product.

If a return is rejected due to damage and cannot be resold the shipping cost to return your original purchase will be at your own expense.


I do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense. However, you have the right to return your purchase, in accordance with the terms stated above, and can simply place a second order. Once I receive your return, I will process your refund and credit your account.


All traded goods are covered by the Danish buying law, which gives a two-year warranty. This warranty does not cover items that are a defect due to damage, improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

I am responsible for return shipping costs if I have sent a wrong or defective item. Otherwise, it is on your own account.

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment as soon as I have received your goods at my address. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. 

I am not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. It should be noted that I will not refund customs and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU, where the deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
